Minecraft Offline Skins Mod (Use Your Skins in Offline Mode)

I’ve tested a lot of Minecraft mods that sound cool on paper but feel kind of forgettable in-game. Minecraft Offline Skins Mod (Use Your Skins in Offline Mode) is more interesting than that, mostly because it actually changes how the world feels instead of just adding random clutter. A New OfflineSkins Mod for 1.21.5/1.21.4/1.21.3/1.21.2/1.21.1/1.21/1.20.6/1.20.5/1.20.4/1.20.3/1.20.2/1.20.1/1.20/1.19.4/1.19.3/1.19.2/1.19.1/1.19/1.18.2/1.18.1/1.17.1 to 1.16.5 lets you show off your skins even when the server is unavailable. (Added the ability to cache your skins for offline use.)
