I’ve tested a lot of Minecraft mods that sound cool on paper but feel kind of forgettable in-game. RFTools Base Mod (McJty's Mods Library for Minecraft) is more interesting than that, mostly because it actually changes how the world feels instead of just adding random clutter. McJty's tech modifications all start with RFTools Base. This contains RFTools Dimensions, RFTools Control, RFTools Power, Deep Resonance, XNet, and other similar applications.

It has the following characteristics:
- Dimensional Oregen shards, a modest number in the overworld, but more in other realms
- Base crafting materials are infused by the machine for the other tech upgrades.
- The owner and security system of the smart wrench
