This is a tiny modification patch that can improve the vanilla snow layer's behavior.

The snow layer will descend as though it were sand. It will turn to ice if it comes into contact with a water source!

• During a snowstorm, a layer of snow will build!
• Like the Bedrock version, the Snow layer will have a narrower bounding box!
• Reduce the amount of harm caused by falling on snow!
• Make it so that snow may always be replaced by another block!
