Some Minecraft packs look amazing in screenshots and then feel weird once you actually play with them. World of Trolls Texture Pack (Villager & Mob Replacement) is worth looking at because it gives the game a different vibe without making everything feel too fake or overdone. Minecraft World of Trolls Resource Pack (1.21.8, 1.21, 1.20, 1.19.2, 1.19.1, 1.19, 1.18.2, 1.18.1, 1.17.1, 1.16.5) contains various original models I've created, transforming a variety of creatures into Trolls.
