You may travel the globe without being an ordinary human, Steve; instead, you can select from a variety of unique races such as Arachnid, Avian, Feline, Merling, Blazeborn, and Phantom. Each of these new races comes with a new characteristic, which may or may not be helpful. They continue to function as roleplay features to enhance the gamers' immersion. Begin your adventure as a completely new person, taking on new challenges and using your newly discovered strengths and weaknesses to dominate the world of Minecraft. Don't be afraid to be anything out of the ordinary in order to make your game more engaging.

• Avians need high-altitude sleep, can’t consume meat, and are faster.
