Minecraft Caelus API (Library TheIllusiveC4’s Mods)

I’ve tested a lot of Minecraft mods that sound cool on paper but feel kind of forgettable in-game. Minecraft Caelus API (Library TheIllusiveC4’s Mods) is more interesting than that, mostly because it actually changes how the world feels instead of just adding random clutter. Minecraft Caelus API Library Mod is a tiny utility mod that abstracts vanilla elytra functionality into a more general elytra flight property and exposes it to mod writers who want to add elytra flying in their own modifications.

Modders only need to use the Caelus API. ELYTRA FLIGHT property when relevant. The property is set to 0 by default, which prevents any elytra flight. Elytra flying is enabled by attribute values higher than or equal to 1. The vanilla elytra item has also been modified to use this property, but its functionality remains the same.
