Better Village Mod (More Beautiful Vanilla Villages for Minecraft)

I’ve tested a lot of Minecraft mods that sound cool on paper but feel kind of forgettable in-game. Better Village Mod (More Beautiful Vanilla Villages for Minecraft) is more interesting than that, mostly because it actually changes how the world feels instead of just adding random clutter. Villages spawn more frequently with Better Villages Mod (Fabric & Forge) and they are closer together when you do discover them, just as in real life. While exploring Minecraft, you may come upon a lone town, which is occasionally generated in a hazardous location, resulting in some bizarre village generation. Villages in Vanilla have improved slightly, but Better Villages takes things much farther!

Villages spawn closer together than towns, and they may be found in jungle biomes, mountains, and even the ocean! Within the settlements, lily pads and gates are added to the fences and candles for lighting. Instead of torches, glowstone lamps are used throughout the villages to provide much more light at night.

This patch enhances vanilla Minecraft towns by reworking each structure in my construction style. Cobblestone has been replaced by stone bricks, and so on...

Because there is so much effort, I decided to split it into numerous versions... for the first edition of the mod, just the plains town is redone, and the rest is vanilla.
